目前公司具有年生產9000萬支，最終滅菌小溶量注射劑全自動生產聯動線及GMP凈化生產車間，年生產6000萬瓶抗生素粉針劑全自動聯動線及GMP凈化生產車間。鵬程動物藥業有限公司在不斷擴張以及不斷加強核心競爭力的同時，又吸收國外雄厚資金、先進技術、先進生產設備，同時與美國輝瑞公司，德國斯蒂芬合作，增加12條全自動生產車間（粉針、水針、粉劑、散劑、預混劑、顆粒劑等），2006年6月鵬程動物藥業有限公司獲得了英國標準學會（BSI）頒發的IMS證書，在全國獸藥企業中第一家通過質量管理體系（ISO9001)、環境管理體系（ISO14001)、職業安全健康體系（OHSA18001)，三體系及其整合管理體系的國際認證。公司依托美國maryland university 、中國農業大學、南京農業大學、中國獸藥研究中心為科研技術支持。并成立了自己的研發中心，動物實驗室、中心化驗室、檢測分析室。
